Does your store offer a sleep trial?

Yes! We have a 100 night sleep trial on all new mattresses. See store for details.

How do your items ship?

All items that we offer have free shipping with Fedex, UPS, and USPS. 

We also offer local delivery and set up within 50 miles of our store through nearby vendors.

Why does my new mattress feel different from the showroom?

It is absolutely normal for your new mattress to feel either firmer or softer for the first 3-4 weeks of ownership. It needs time to adapt and “break in”.

What will void my manufacturer warranty?

Blemishes, rips, tears and burns on the item will void your manufacturer’s warranty. Improper support will void your manufacturer’s warranty, for details on what is considered proper support for your mattress please refer to the warranty card received with the delivery of your mattress.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes we do offer bulk discounts to companies that buy larger quantities. Give us a call or email us at  sales@mysleepexperience.com 

Do you offer financing?

Yes we have up to 12 months 0% with the Synchrony Home card for in-store purchases. We also offer affirm on our website which has multiple payment options. (Both are with approved credit)
