Sleep Mattresses:
  • 30-day adjustment period required before any exchanges. The reason for this is that it takes time to acclimate to a new mattress as well as the mattress to become fully functional. Most people realize they made the right decision the first time when they give it time.
  • Exchange Policy: One-time exchange per household per 12 months between 30-100 days with a $99 restocking fee. Same size mattress only.
  • Condition: Mattress must be clean, undamaged, and law label intact. DO NOT remove the law tag until you know you are keeping the mattress.
  • Transport: Customer responsible for return transport.
  • Not Eligible: Floor model, clearance, PalmPring Mattresses, any custom size or RV size.

Refunds

  • We have no refunds on the following items: Adjustable bases,Β bed frames, foundations, platform or any other type of mattress support.
  • No refunds on any kind of pillow.
  • Customer has 7 days from purchase to return/refund in unopened original packaging only the following: sheets, mattress protectors, toppers, duvet covers, comforters and anything deemed sleep accessories.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@mysleepexperience.com and send your item to: 2170 FM 423 #200 Little Elm TX, 75068.

Shipping returns

  • If item is eligible for return, you should mail your product to: 2170 FM 423 #200 Little Elm TX, 75068.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
