We want you to love your mattress, so we offer a 120‑Night Comfort Trial. That means from the day your mattress is delivered, you have up to 120 nights to decide. Just sleep on it for at least 30 nights (we need time for your body to adjust), and if it’s not a perfect match, contact us to start your return. You'll receive a full refund for the price you paid.
📞 How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@sleepx.com with your order number and “Return Request” as the subject.
- We’ll walk you through arranging pickup or donation of your product.
- After we confirm the return and the item is received/donated, we’ll process your refund.
💵 Fees & Refund Details
- No hidden fees: Shipping is free, and we do not charge restocking fees.
- Mattress returns after donation/pickup are free.
- Soft accessories (like pillows, sheets) are refundable within 30 days — returns covered with prepaid label.
- Rigid items (e.g., adjustable bases, frames) are final sale — no returns.
♻️ Donation & Sustainability
We strongly encourage sustainability. That's why every returned mattress after 30 days will be donated to local non‑profits or recycled responsibly. We’ll help arrange pickup or you can donate it yourself and send us a receipt.
🔄 Exchanges
Want to try something else? You can exchange your mattress once during the trial: return the first, then order a new one. Once we receive/donate the returned item, we process your refund so you won’t pay twice.
🌍 International Returns
Our 120‑Night Trial applies to US and Canada orders only. If you move items out of these countries, the trial ends and no returns are accepted.
🧩 Final Sale Items
If you bought a clearance item or something marked “final sale,” it cannot be returned or exchanged. Sales like this are final.
